I use these plastic storage boxes. The extra sticks, mallets, and brush go to the Peavey bag that I got at NAMM 2025.

I found that those kind of drawers aren't deep enough for the sticks.

I use a similar one for tension rods, lugs & other parts. Comes in very handy for sure.

I have a two-drawer file cabinet in my drum room that's deep enough to hold my 16.5" sticks. The top drawer has tons of pairs of my main Los Cabos stick, while the bottom drawer holds other models, brushes, mallets, etc.
