NTMUHD—-new to me unusual hats day

Got these Saturday. I was looking for a lighter top for my Sabian AA Regulars to get a low pitched chunkier sound, and this oddball set of 13 3/4” cymbals entered my life. Top is a UFIP that weighs 769g, bottom is a 1200g 50’s Zildjian A. You wouldn’t think that they would work so well together but they crush it. I still really enjoy my AA’s but I love how gnarly this set is.

Gonna need to hear these bad boys in action.
 
I can see the oldest 50’s Zil A’s being off in size but what’s the odds the other matches up. A match made in cymbal heaven.
