That you enter via audio ( voice or drum pad or or or ) and the device
Translates the rhythmic phrase you entered ?
A daw can do this.
But it's hardly portable
Often I will hear a rhythm and would just like to know what it is In notation

I've looked for something like that before and asked on forums but I didn't come up with anything. I think with today's technology that should be available.
