Those toms sound great! That's how I'd want my bop kit to sound.

The kick drum sounds good too.....despite having a fuzzy beater. I can't stand fuzzy beaters lol. They take away too much of the definition and attack for my taste.

That's a killer kit, and very unique!

I have a soft Cardinal beater i currently can’t find !!!
I’ve spent the last 2 days looking for it , I’ve have it out in the last 3 weeks too !!! UGH
 
I’ve got a long way to go , I’m just getting started on swing / bop drumming . It’s a whole new world .
I’m going to keep my tuning really close to where it’s at .. This is a whole new avenue for me …
