What is this mount point in my 60s Stewart bass drum?

Maybe I just don’t know what to search for but I can’t seem to find any info about what this is or a cymbal arm or tom mount that would attach to it.

I’d love to mount my ride here and save a bit of floor space. Any idea what I’m looking at or suggestions for the best clamp to macguyver on to this?

It's an English-Euro copy of the attach point for a cymbal arm

or maybe actually one added later.. Reminds of early Premier post tom attachment but could be cymbal mount too

You'd look for "cymbal arm" that goes down over that with a set secure screw in it's side
it 'may point 'south' - to the side - instead of straight Updown.

"vintage cymbal arm/ post.." may be the search
I'd look in Pearl Archive Catalog section on their website. Maybe one of their 60s sets (pretty sure) had bass drum mounted cymbal arm/stand

See page 5 here "Valencia Outfit"

thinking it's / cym mount/ along those lines
shell mount cymbal holder

going to have a hard time matching diameter- but will look sort of like this but not knowing if it'll fit:
I suggest asking over at DFO as there are some MIJ collectors there

Thanks that was super helpful. It looks like its a Premier Lokfast mount for a cymbal arm. Or at least a copy of it. Can't find ANY of the arms anywhere tho!

Maybe I should just give up and get some sort of Gibralter clamp that will get me there.

I think I still have one of those in my drum junk box. I just remember it came off a kick that was given to me in 1977. I don't remember a brand name on it.

Well if it’s of no use to you, and you don’t mind doing the legwork to ship to Canada, I’m happy to take it off your hands for a fair price!
