Code issue on Forums?

It's something running in the background spying you up making - first- sure you are Human....
in these days of non-humans 😁

is going so high-tech soon only able to use it will be machines...

you know those little blocks one must check to "Prove you are a human" I'd be surprised if that doesn't show up soon.. to enter.
Then have to match 3 of 5 pictures that show bones in a Dog's dish..

Download this version of Firefox (Security updates end on August 2025...https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/desktop-esr/)
After installing Firefox, you can import your bookmarks from Safari (or the browser you use), go to extras and thereyou can access the addon gallery, proceed to install uBlock and/or adblocker and enhancer for youtube (it works even with the adson embedded youtube videos).

If you fancy going overboard, justinstall my list ;-)

I see this more often. It started to happen after the ads.

It happened to me two or three times yesterday and each time I thought, huh...I wonder if this is it? Or, if not, if one these days the site'll just be gone, and all those hundreds of thousands of posts, many of which (none of mine) contained truly valuable information, will just disappear forever.

I wonder how many of these pages have been archived. I'm guessing it's a very low percentage.

I'm getting adds also on my Android. I haven't logged in from my laptop to see if adds are there too.

Thanks a lot guys. Will try some of the suggestions.
This....is what it looks like on my end.ADD.jpg

I don’t mind ads, but I greatly mind that the ad’s X is placed dead on top of the post reply button, and triggers the ad regardless if you don’t move the post reply button away completely from it.

Austin, I want to be on your side because I enjoy the people here, but that is a giant turn off.

Gotta support those front page articles somehow.

I agree. The adds are very obnoxious and in your face. One is blocking what im writing right now. Between the adds and the”oops, sorry something went wrong”, i think i ll take a break from this. I like this forum, good people, but the way its being run is becoming somewhat like a circus

Aren't the ad blockers mentioned so far (scroll up) working for everyone

Fellow Drummerworld members:

I found that I too was getting this same "Oops" message over the last couple of days.

So, I decided to try an old computing tip that has helped me before in the past when thing like this glitch would arise on other websites. Basically, you need to delete the cookies for the Drummerworld website from your browser (I'm using Chrome). This has seemed to correct this specific issue, at least for me it has. Sometimes when websites introduce something new, or change the overall design of their site, clearing the cookies for that site often helps in clearing up any "new" glitches that might occur.

You'll have to sign in to your account again once you clear the site's cookies, but the "Oops" message has seem to go away by doing so.

I hope that this helps. :)

Black is it possible to isolate "all dw cookies" with out checking off each one individually?
Yes, it is. At least it is on Chrome.

First, go into "Settings" / "Privacy and security" / Third-party cookies (On this screen, scroll down to "See all site data and permissions") click it. / Now it will say "All sites" (In this screen, type "Drummerworld" into the search bar at the top right of the "All sites" window.) / Once it has brought up "Drummerworld", you'll see a trashcan icon. Click it to delete all of the cookies for Drummerworld in one click.

Let me know if this works for you Joe.

I use Wipr on all my Apple hardware and it’s performed the best so far. Easy to maintain. She (the dev) updates the block list weekly. It’s free, but I rip her annually.
