Wow! So many questions about this video. I thought it was from the 60's or 70's until he made a joke about Reagan's presidency.
I'll give the host credit for not cracking a smile until the end when it took a hard left into beauty pageant territory.
I wonder if Fred Armisen watched this on channel 27 late one night when he was 15. :unsure:
If you watch until the last 30 seconds, you'll see that this was a public access show, which does answer a few questions.
But still....🤪
