I loved his Z custom kit in the MD interview the 90's, but it's in rough shape now which is just sad.

I was looking to purchase something from Mark, but then I realized that the cymbals sold way earlier than the drum kits. By the time I got around to check, there were only four Pearl kits, the Z custom included.

Boy, that drum has life on its own. Even the free cheap kit I picked up from a bar owner which was basically left to rot in the ground of the storage room for years was not this rough.

That damage looks just like what happened from some of the gator cases about 15 years ago.
