That looks like and efnote kit.
I think they do the fx type cymbal for both athletics and feel with intent of using effects cymbal sounds on that pad

Xavier Ware is one of my favorite drummers. He's an absolute monster.
He went into a pawn shop and played a kit with horrible tom angles.
whoa! and the best part of that is him sitting on the granny roller as a throne FTW!

Actually, this kit might be a nice beginner set with some TLC and new heads. But hey, that coffee can of full of felts, choice nails and work shop nick nacks on the floor tom is going to cost you $150 extra...
