Best E-Cymbals for swells?

So far, my Lemon 20" ride (3 zone) gives the best "swells", if you call it that. You don't hear every individual crash like on some of my other gear...Roland and ATV.

FYI-Roland TD-17 module.

I really like my Efnote cymbals for swells etc. Although really most of what makes an e-cymbal good at swells isn't the cymbal itself but the module. In particular, the trigger settings and the quality and depth of the samples. For example, I can't get a good cymbal swell on my older Roland modules, or 2Box modules, but I can get good results in my Efnote modules by playing with the settings, and my Pearl Mimic Pro in large part because of how deep the round robin samples go.

Hey guys....I use an ancient Alesis IO. DIY drums.
Currently no cymbal type triggers and switches.
Just piezos and an FSR for the hat switch.
Someone recommended Pintech for a cymbal trigger pad for my set-up.
What are your opinions of the Pintech please?
FYI- the IO does not like a 2 zone piezo only pad plugged into the cymbal input. I can get one sound from using a 1 zone cable. The zone 2 piezo freaks him out.
Thank You........and a good swell would be.....you know....swell.

Triggering will largely depend on the module, maybe consider adding an Edrumin 4 to your setup or a bigger one as a replacement, so you can use dual or triple zone cymbals. And then just get Roland, Yamaha or Lemon cymbals. I had a few Pintechs, they were great some 20 years ago, but the company got sold afaik, I bought some of their $300 cymbals on amazon for 10% of the price, and tbh they weren't worth much more.

Thank you for the info. much appreciated. Will look into Edrumin #4.

I agree with everyone else that the module has just as much, if not more, to do with swells than the pads themselves. I found this out when I plugged my old nitro mesh module into my crimson pads and my crimson module into my old nitro pads. Now higher quality pads will feel better and physically respond to your playing better but the sound produced will be more determined by the module.
