Mike Mangini´s Rhythm Knowledge - Where can I buy it?

Hi everyone!
I hear lots of great things about his books, but where can I buy it? I know I can buy it at his site, but I´d prefer an European site. But if this is the only option, then I´ll do it.
But please, tell me if you know any good sites that stock these books! And also give me the american sites, I might order it from overseas, if there´s no EU sites
