Los Cabos Red Hickory 5A. A quasi-local company run by a father and his daughter. I'm proud to encorage them by being a faithful customer.

Thanks! I could probably get on that endorser's roster fairly easily.

I really don't mind being just a regular customer though..

Back in my frontman days I had all sorts of clothes sponsorship from major brands, wich was all fine and dandy, but after a while, I realized I'd rather just wear( or play) whatever I like, when I like without owing anything to anybody.

Now I play Los Cabos, I might change my mind in a few months, a year or two, never? Who knows? If my playing them brings a little awareness to their product in my market, then great 👍

Out of curiosity, when did Vic Firth create the SD9 Driver? That's another nice stick.
part of the "American Custom" series maple models SD1 General to SD4 Combo to SD10 Swinger and SD11 Slammer- - some like the nylon tip SD7 Whacker-gone. All had names in addition to numbers
mid 70s was first SD1 General in 1975
