Show us your Four Piece Kits.

nO eLvis they're under the sheet ; /

thinking about the cYmbals @Elvis - the A's represent my first cymbals before when I even knew cymbals were more than 'a target', and the Paiste represents the Euro drummers I've liked from even way back Bonham up thru the John Marshall's and Jon Christensens, and the old Ks well I guess partially they represent the global internet without the internet around 1998 I'd have never known heard or even seen an old K

;) so it's funny but it's been a path those cymbals up there
past present...
futures under the blanket
sheet
I prefer the first two -past present
seems to work as music has a nostalgic quality
and the future isn't always so bright

🤣
Didn't even notice the blanket/sheet until you mentioned it.
Glad to see you still have them. You were so much about that setup way back when. I think you even tried to convince me to add a 12 to my Ludwig's once, just so we could have twinsies kits...sorta. 😁

Beautiful kit, @taiko. 👍 It’s always great to see a DW on DW! :D 12-14-18? I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on the Santa Monica shell layup.

YEs, 12/14/18. I love the Santa Monica shells. They sound very clear to me and the BD has nice presence. I had a Sonor SQ2 kit in the same sizes with maple shells and I like the sound of the DW better.

another backline kit tonight. 4 piece tama superstar, maple shells, die-cast hoops, 22/13/16, pearl virgil donati signature model snare hiding behind the tom! :)
