THIS IS THE CLASSIFIEDS THREAD.

1) If you are selling equipment, please give all relevant details. What are you selling, what condition is it in, how old is it, how much money are you asking for, what is the location of the equipment, will you allow pick up if bought locally, how much is shipping if it's not bought locally, where you are willing to ship. Post pictures or links to pictures if there are any available.

2) If you are interested in buying any equipment advertised please send the seller a PM or email and continue business privately from there on. Responding in this thread with a post like "I want to buy those cymbals, are they still for sale?" is likely to go unnoticed by the seller.

3) Suspected spammers will be instantly and permanently banned from DrummerWorld. This service is for private sellers only. No commercial ventures or spam allowed. Please post your own photographs and respect copyrighted material.

4) This thread will remain Sticky, but all posts older than 90 days will be deleted in the interest of keeping things current. If your items are still for sale or if you are still looking for an item after your post has been deleted, please feel free to repost.

5) DrummerWorld will not be held liable for any aspect of any transaction resulting from any information in this thread. We provide this thread as an advertising interface.

This maybe a dumb question, but isn't there a better way to list out this stuff like thegearpage.net? This is just a large thread with tons of stuff. It's pretty time consuming to dig through each page.

Apart from other moderator's opinions (who also don't want to deal with this afaik) this is my 2ct. (copy/paste from a previous discussion):

In my opinion this discussion circles around two different concepts - forums for exchanging ideas and virtual content on one hand and market places for exchanging goods and payments on the other. I fear that as soon as there's a dedicated site on this forum explicitly aiming at connecting people from all over the world for executing financial and tangible transactions, this could easily be perceived as a virtual market place legally, introducing a load of legal-, responsibility-, data protection-, tax- and insurance issues, executed under various countries laws - all apart from the technical effort and the hassle around moderation.

Just as an example: anyone knows how to legally handle the German DSGVO (data protection law), if someone from Australia - according to the sub-forums intention - sends me his banking account via private communication, which is then stored in the database of the forum, living on a hard drive located in New York, run by a Swiss guy - and then asks me to delete it? At least I would have to pay an experienced lawyer to answer this question.

These issues are sorted on market place systems by design - they come with proper payment implementations taking care of legal and tax part on a global level (to take up on the example above: no need to communicate/store banking accounts or other sensitive data on the platform itself), they are proof to all kinds of data protection and business laws (e.g. in Germany one has to offer a button stating something like "buy now at the buyers expense" to execute a legally proof and incontestable deal online), responsibilities are clear from the moment of installation, they take care of all kinds of clean-ups without any further action to be taken by moderators (well, in fact there's no moderators necessary, the staffs requirements looks quite different), no need to "install scripts" on the technical side - they are built with this exact intent in mind. Although those are meant to just sell goods from a single entity, not something like a virtual flea market like ebay, which introduces another load of legal issues to prevent from fraud and trickery, executed by some drive-by scammers.

In my opinion it's two completely different things, maybe like comparing a readers circle to a grocery store.

To anticipate "but other forums":

This is the forum I am talking about, not something other people are running - even falling under quite different jurisdictions. If there's a legal issue under Swiss law and @bernhard gets sued for whatever reason (his jurisdictions laws differs big time from the US ones and are most likely much more strict when it comes to executing business), he will be left on his own - without the people running other forums and without the users or staff of this forum. He's in charge then, nobody else. Please think about the responsibilities you're asking for to be paid / taken care of by the owner.

No offense, no bad feelings, not even something pro or con this general forums orientation (personally I'd love to scroll through honest and valuable drum-related advertises!), just my 2€ct I would consider first if it was me sitting in the hot seat.

If I weren't on the wrong coast...
The seller, yours truly, is now willing to ship under certain conditions. I’m not screwing around with shipping myself though. I’ve asked Keith at Baltimore Drums to take care of the shipping. Buyer pays me my asking price ($2000), and pays Keith whatever he will charge for packing and shipping. Drums are in excellent condition. I’m recently retired and am selling gear in anticipation for an eventual move to another state. Message me if interested.

Craviotto Drum Kit ( Bop ) For Sale

This is an absolutely beautiful Craviotto Drum Kit in mint condition made in 2011 and has Johnny Craviotto's signature in every drum. These are only increasing in price and rarity after Johnny's passing.

Bop Kit Sizes
  • 18" x 14" Bass Drum
  • 12" x 8" Tom
  • 14" x 14" Floor Tom
Solid maple shells with 45 degree bearing edges

I have owned this drum set since new and has never left my house. Fortunately I have a very similar kit that I take out and use for studio work and gigs etc.

This drum set has been meticulously looked after and I would go as far to say there isn't a mark on the shells. It has a Champaign sparkle finish which looks incredible in person. Extremely Classy. As anyone probably looking at this listing knows a sparkle finish is already adding a significant amount of money on to the drum set over the normal natural wood finish kits mainly seen around.

You will not be disappointed with this kit.

I also have the original Craviotto R.I.M.S tom holder which I will include in the sale and box. I just don't use it hence it is not in the picture.

I am shipping this item from Hungary. So if you are buying from anywhere not in the EU please bear in mind import tax costs for your specific country. If you are purchasing from in the EU there is no import tax.

If you have any questions please drop me a DM. I can send you more photos if required.

It takes around 5-7 business days for delivery after dispatch. It will be extremely well packaged if it is shipped.

They will be shipped fully insured.

Item sold as seen.

Collection in person is possible in Budapest, Hungary.

The blue snare drum in some pictures is not included in the sale.

Price £5750

Shipping will be around £420. I will obviously get an up to date and exact price for you if you are interested.

Finally this is also listed on Ebay but they are having problems showing the correct price as the algorithm is automatically adding on incorrect taxes etc. They are working on this but they have been for some weeks so I don't have much confidence they will fix the technical issue.

Hammerax Sky Hats 9"

These are long discontinued, and they're in excellent condition. Probably the easiest X-hat I've ever seen - just mount them in opposite orientations on a normal cymbal stand, and boom, you've got a little pair of high-pitched hats!

$350 shipped to the US

Slingerland Set-O-Matic mount/arm/bracket

I replaced the mount on my bop kit with a hodge podge of minimal-modification L-arm-type doohickeys so I don't need this anymore. Complete mounting hardware from early 70s Slingerland.

All in good working order, but have been played for the last fifty-some years. Bass drum bracket is missing the Slingerland sticker.

$150 for all pieces shipped to the lower 48

$100 for the arm
$35 for each bracket

Might anyone be interested in this 16" Wood-Fiberglass? I've found a match for sale for my World series kit, but I'd already bought this as new/old stock about a year ago. I'm the first owner - opened it from the original packaging. I've been playing it with the stock head but it's otherwise mint. Photos here: https://www.drummerworld.com/forums...ding-a-matching-floor-tom.188608/post-2085549

Edit- new photos showing slight wear on batter head, but otherwise still mint:

Gretsch Brooklyn bop kit- 12/14/18
Lightly played, excellent condition. Only a few hours on the factory heads.
Only thing keeping them from being mint is a bit of paint missing on the inside of the bass drum batter hoop - from removing the gaffers tape I had on to protect from pedal rash. It's only visible with the hoop off.
I'll incude a set of Gator bags
Located in MN, 90 north of the Twin Cities. Willing to drive a bit to meet and can ship in Gretsch factory boxes.
$1350 + shipping/fees. I use Pirate Ship so shipping should be no more than $125 in the lower 48.

Canopus NV60-M1 bop kit with 16" bass drum
$2350 + shipping/fees from MN. I use Pirate Ship so should be no more than $125 in the con US.
Canopus NV60-M1 in indigo oil. The NV60-M1 are Canopus’ re-creation of 60s Gretsch, with rounded bearing edges and die cast hoops. They sound and feel like Gretsch, but are much higher quality. Bearing edges are flawless, drums have a wide tuning range and tune up easily. They sound great live and recorded.

14x16 bass drum, 8x12 tom, 14x14 floor tom

The drums are in excellent condition, with a few dings on the 12 (which I didn’t even notice until I took the photos), and a bit of pedal scuff on the underside on the bass drum hoop. Canopus sends out its drums with a rubber pedal guard, but they always fall off. The photo shows the residue.

I ordered these from the factory with the tom mount on the bass drum centered on the shell, instead of by the reso head, which is Canopus’ default. This allows proper positioning of the 12, since it is mounted directly with no suspension mount.

Drums will ship with Evans calftone heads and the stock Canopus heads. I'll also include a Humes & Berg Drumseeker bag in perfect shape for the bass drum.
